How to add text to video easily.
- Drag a clip to your video editor.
I use Movavi Video Editor.
- Click the “Titles” tab to open the built-in library of titles, and samples for animated intros.
- Select the type of text or title you want in your video.
- Drag the title icon right onto the timeline. Change the title duration if it’s necessary.
- Make a double-click on the title clip. Then, type your text in the preview window.
- Change the font, font size or color of the text.
- Adjust the position and size of the title.
How to adjust titles
Change such color adjustments as brightness and contrast to make your text overlay readable. If it’s not an appropriate approach to you, try to create color highlighting for the text. Transparent text backgrounds are perfect options to make the title easy to read. The “Callouts” tab contains everything you need to get this done.
